Return And Refund Policy

Return Eligibility:

Non-Returnable Items:

• Personalized or customized items.
• Final sale items.
• Swimwear, and other intimate apparel for hygiene reasons.

Return Process:

   2. Await return authorization and instructions.
   3. Ship the item back to the provided address.

Refunds:

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Exchange Policy:

• We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please return the original item and place a new order.
