At JS Sports, we aim to process and deliver your orders smoothly and reliably across Pakistan.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after confirmation. Our team may contact you to confirm your order details before dispatch.
Delivery Charges
Our standard delivery charges are:
- Karachi: Rs. 300 per parcel
- Outside Karachi up to 0.5 kg: Rs. 300 per parcel
- Outside Karachi above 0.5 kg: Rs. 500 per parcel
Shipping charges may vary for unusually large or heavy orders.
Advance Payment for Orders Outside Karachi
For orders outside Karachi, we require a small advance payment before dispatch to help prevent fake orders and unnecessary returns.
Customers outside Karachi can pay either:
- At least 10% of the total order amount, or
- At least the applicable shipping charges, whichever is applicable to the order.
The remaining amount can be paid according to the available payment/COD option at the time of delivery.
Our team will contact you to confirm the order and advance payment details before dispatch.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.
- Karachi: Approximately 1–3 working days
- Other Cities in Pakistan: Approximately 3–7 working days
These are estimated delivery times and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details may be provided where available so you can follow your shipment.
Incorrect Address or Contact Information
Please ensure that your delivery address and contact number are correct when placing your order. Delays or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete information may be the customer's responsibility.
